A Press Conference was held at 1:30 pm at 13th and Alice, the Alameda County Court building, in Oakland on the steps. The Siegel-Lee lawsuit is representing the LAB (Local Area Board). The group of approx. 75 filed inside. Only a few could fit inside the courtroom. I took photos seen here. Here is the full text of Dan Siegel's statement at the SavePacifica.net site.
